[Feature]: Skip intracellular recording tables in check_single_row

What would you like to see added to the NWBInspector?

The following intracellular recording tables can have only one row for continuous patch-clamp recordings:

• IntracellularRecordingsTable
• IntracellularResponsesTable
• IntracellularStimuliTable

Further, any of the higher level tables can also have one row.

Should they be skipped for the check_single_row test?

Further, any of the higher level tables can also have one row.

To clarify, higher-level tables in the Intracellular metadata tables should typically always have no more (and usually fewer) rows than the lower-level tables. For the Intracelular tables a more targeted (although bit more involved) check would be to:

1. Check that all PatchClampSeries in a file are listed in the IntracellularRecordingsTable
2. Check for the higher-level tables (if present) one could then check that all rows of their target table are referenced. I.e., SimultaneousRecordingsTable.recordings should usually reference all rows in IntracellularRecordingsTable; SequentialRecordingsTable.simultaneous_recordings should cover all rows of SimultaneousRecordingsTable and so on.
