I am unable to follow the description and the portal looks (slightly) different.

I created a new developer account and am now trying to add my work Entra ID.
If I click on 'Account Settings' -> 'Tenants', as described in these docs, I get an unauthorized error.

If I first click on 'Legal info' -> then on 'Identity' and then on 'Tenants' I am able to reach the 'Tenants' tab.
However, clicking on 'Associate Microsoft Entra ID' sends me to the unauthorized page again.

Edit: This developer account was created with my personal microsoft account, because the account creation did not allow me to use my work account in the first place. Of course, my personal account is a global admin for itself, as it is my individual/ private account.
