Steps to reproduce

1. Open settings. Keep open.
2. Click the tray icon to show the window
3. Try to interact with the settings window (click something)

Expected behavior

• Tray window is hidden and settings are responsive or
• Tray window is kept open and settings are responsive.

That's a limitation but not a bug. It comes from how menus are generally treated as modal windows and the tray menu is - well - a menu. Maybe there's a way to make an exception and make this particular menu not modal. Whether I can implement this depends on whether Qt allows to override the modalness of menus while still preserving the general behavior as a menu.
