Wish didn't have to restart PC to get Aero running

After a WU restart you always have to re-download the symbols and after doing so you always have to restart the PC again to get DWMBlurGlass running. I truly wish there was a way to get DWMBlurGlass running again at that time, without doing having to do a 2nd PC restart. That is a lot of hassle to get it running. Can't you make the hook take effect in real time?
Also auto symbols downloading along with an auto real time hook, would make DWMBlurGlass self starting and no longer high maintenance. Having to screw with it all the time sure doesn't mimic the carefree operation that Microsoft's Aero glass had.

You don't have to restart after new symbols are downloaded. After the symbols are downloaded press "Uninstall" and then "Install" again and it will work fine.

What about restarting the Windows shell, would that work also? ... Also I have people who would love to have Aero back, but they wouldn't have a clue in the world how to do all the high maintenance to keep it running and the first WU restart after I installed it for them, DWMBlurGlass would be broken for ever on them. And I feel sad that I can't give them Aero back because they are too technology clueless to maintain it, in its current high maintenance state. Good software should be idiot proof.

I don't think restarting the shell would work however, while I don't remember them from my head I think there are command-line arguments that can be used to unload and load DWMBlurGlass so you could make these into desktop shortcuts. While I don't disagree with: "Good software should be idiot proof" in my opinion nobody that doesn't have at least a medium understanding of computers should use tools like DWMBlurGlass.

Due to Microsoft constantly changing things in DWM and the Windows code developers like Maplespe and ALTaleX531 have already a hard time to maintain these tools we love to use and they use their spare-time for it completely for free. This is time they could better spend with family and friends and while I understand the sentiment making a software completely "idiot proof" is quite hard and this shouldn't burden the developers even more than they already are.
