Huge input delay when using with ExplorerBlurMica #598

Describe the bug
When the Override "Accent blur" effect option is enabled, the file explorer experiences an inappropriate input delay, which can last up to several seconds and makes it seem as if my computer is being controlled by a ghost 👻

Enable Override "Accent blur" effect option
