Titlebar glow doesn't work

For some reason, DWMBlurGlass' titlebar glow doesn't work... Can anyone help?

Here's what I think it should look like

I'm not sure if this a bug or something that hasn't been added or whatever but whatever it is, can anyone help me?

I don't think DWMBlurGlass implements titlebar text glow, although it honestly should; from what I can tell it's a simple DWM call for text drawing that can be altered. There's a Windhawk mod that adds text glow to Explorer windows as a side feature, maybe the devs can take a look at that and see how it does it?
