"A device attached to system is not functioning." error after update

Describe the bug
After windows updated to KB5061087 app refuses to start with error "A device attached to the system is not functioning."

To Reproduce
Update windows to build 19045.6036

Software Version : 2.3.1

What other third-party software do you use:

UXthemepatcher [LATEST]
7tsp "Updated sevenifier" icon patch. [LATEST]

Additional context
Had to update windows because (allegedly) Microsoft intentionally causes non-updated windows builds to bluescreen with "Unexpected Store Exception" and "Memory Management" errorcodes.
