Strange text bug when blurred window is moved over in foreground #538

Describe the bug
Text of background window looks strange when moving a window over it in foreground.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Using CustomBlur on the Advanced page with a lower blur amount, drag any transparent window over another one with text. Observe that the text seems to bug slightly.
