Correlation Matrix Diagonal #41

Hi ENIGMA people,
First - thanks a lot for this amazing library! it helps us a lot and is really well-designed
I use the correlation matrix from load_fc_as_one() - apparently it seems that the diagonal of the matrix is not 1, as one might expect, but 0. I assume this is in purpose?
In addition, when you write in the documentation that the correaltion values are "z-scored" - do you mean Fisher's r-to-z? If so, do the values that I see are the ones after r-to-z, or did you reversed the z-values after averaging across subjects back to the r values?
