Make replay options consistent throughout docs

Make sure all the options to replay are shown in the short option list without descriptions in USAGEmd, in the extended list with descriptions in USAGEmd, and in the --help output in tools/replay/replay_settings.h .

An example of one that is inconsistent is --quit-after-frame. It's not listed in the short option list nor the --help output.

Go through them all and make sure they are consistent through documentation, including options that are API-specific.
