Subtasks date should not go beyond the parent date or should default to the parent #3187

Description

What is your set up?

Self Hosted Docker

Version

3.5.12

Describe the issue

When creating sub-tasks, it seems logical that a task cannot be due at a later date the the parent task. This needs better boundary handling/syncing. If i set a subtask due date, I can still get Anytime for a parent, and vise versa.

Reproduction steps

  1. Create a task, set as date
  2. Create a subtask, see the date is set to any time. Update either end, they dont stay in sync.
