A nifty ES20xx Date extension.
The module presents a wrapped locale and time zone sensitive JS Date 'constructor'.
The module has no dependencies and a small footprint.
Furthermore, the constructor offers the possibility to create your own custom extensions (getters/methods) (see wiki).
