[Feature Request] Text based live feed on the app file discovery status

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
A user on the OS repository suggested adding more information about the file discovery phase. They suggested this because it might take a while, and users could start thinking something is wrong.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add a text label at the bottom of the view that updates live with the name of the files discovered.
