[Feature Request] Pause migration and warn user under certain battery level #45

It’s common for users to run the migration while their devices aren’t plugged in, which could cause the device to run out of battery during the process.
Describe the solution you'd like
If the device’s battery level drops below 10%, pause the migration and warn the user.
Describe alternatives you've considered
A warning is still in place, but users usually ignore it.
