[Feature Request] Warn user about migration of non-universal apps on Intel #42

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Many users still use Intel Macs, and some installed applications could still be Intel-based. While the use of Intel-based apps on Silicon isn’t usually an issue, it’s not ideal.
Describe the solution you'd like
If the app detects that the two devices operate on different CPU architectures, it should provide a warning to the user. This warning should list the non-universal apps that have been detected and offer the user the option to ignore those apps during migration.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Prevent the migration of apps.
