Migration to openMINDS/KGv3

Tasks:

• write openMINDS schemas for models, validation tests, validation results, live papers
• rewrite pydantic data models and API endpoints to use openMINDS
• write comprehensive tests (coverage > 90%)
• manually test web apps, modifying web app code only where unavoidable due to openMINDS constraints
