Something to help Thunderclient refugees

If anyone else is abandoning Thunderclient now they're charging for simple stuff, here's a shell script. Pass it the path to the thunderclient JSON and the name of the service and it will print a restclient compatible request. Hope this helps.

Needs jq installing if that wasn't obvious.
