e.getFullYear is not a function (??)

It seems, that the DatePicker has an Issue, when used with dateFormat like this "h:mm aa" ..... Entering the same front-end-field and delivering a value several times, I ve got this error

Uncaught runtime errors:
ERROR
e.getFullYear is not a function

observed in Version 6.4.0 and 6.5.0 .... any idea on this ??
