I think it would be great if you could add a network speed limiter for specific apps, ports, or IPs.
Examples: Using NetLimiter or NetBalancer you can limited the download or upload speed of a specific task, app or IP. Also, you can block these tasks (I think it simply make the speed zero).
I'm using WFC for my firewall and Sniffnet to track my usage and monitor my apps. This feature makes the app amazing and also, I can add it to startup and use it next to WFC.

This depends on #863 but it's ok to have this separate issue since it refers to a more specific use case.
I think we're still pretty far from integrating firewall / limiting capabilities in Sniffnet, but it's nice to start putting down some concepts!
