Replace 0xA0 (non-br. space) w/ regular space: /web (mdn#13105)
This PR is a part of mdn#13094. This PR replaces non-breaking space characters with normal spaces for the `/web` directory. This does not include changes for the `/web/api` folder as those have been deferred to separate PRs.
