Trouble downloading datasets

When I click to download the .csv files of the datasets, I am sent to a raw version of the data in the browser and no file is downloaded

It is more like a problem of Github, you can simply copy the raw URL from browser, and use:
wget DATASET-RAW-URL
to download it.
