[Bug]: MM Live API Demo connection hangs without connecting

• UI says it is connecting but it never does.
• logs don't show any updates or progress

yes, I running into the same behavior at the moment.

It works in an incognito browser, though, so I assume this has something to do with my environment rather than a specific application error.
