windows weather widget app will cause the RoundedTB failed to enable dynamic mode

The windows weather widget will make the taskbar contain whitespace even its turned off in the setting

Windows version: 23H2
Windows experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1009.0
Windows edition: Windows 11 Pro N

Same issue here.
It was nicely working on my updated Windows 23H2. Then I did a complete Windows restore.
And now, I got the same issue after reinstalling the app.

Ok i solved the issue.

Go to Windows Settings / Personalization / Taskbar / Taskbar behaviors / Taskbar alignment

Switch to Left, then back to Center.

Open RoundedTB, and Dynamic mode will be back for Widgets.
