Travis Ci intergration

We should add Travis-Ci so that when new data has been added to the repo Travis automatically validates the data and runs a script to convert the data for Global Quran API, this way we always have the new content available.

@iBasit they have a free plan for open source projects, I believe they do support a range of languages.

Well we can add travis, if we build test validation scripts.. else we there is no usage..

for building test validation scripts, brother @moazzamk is really good at that, he can help us do it insha'Allah.
