Company email change: How do I change the email addresses of all GitBook Editor users?

We use Okta security and the new email addresses of our internal staff are not automatically updated in GitBook Editor due to SCIM (System for Cross Domain Identity Management) not being supported by GitBook. How do I update the email addresses?

Hey @krakenhaze! The best approach here is to have the updated emails added via Okta and remove the old accounts manually from the Members dashboard.

I know this isn’t ideal, and improving this is definitely on our radar! 🤞
