Labelbot missing files

I am trying to run the python file app.py demo but an error appears which refers to missing files on labelbot directory (such as: model_args.json) and this link http://cs-people.bu.edu/giorgos/labelbot isn't working anymore. Is there a solution for this error?

I don't have a local copy of the dataset and since the link is broken I can't access it either. This looks like this could be it though https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/davidshinn/github-issues
