Add documentation for the new replace and file uploads operations

Master branch now includes new components for the SLD and XML (metadata) file uploads, that replace the legacy UI.
It also includes the UI for replacing a dataset (menu Edit -> Replace).

The new UI and functionality must be added to the docs.
