capture screen and expose it as webcam on the computer

Is there an option to capture screen and expose it as a webcam on the computer?

I know you can do it with the front or back cameras but didn't find anything for a screen, as I'm using Snapchat filters and want to imitate that as my my pc camera, Thanks.
