Feature description

A rectangular selection by clicking and then pulling. After mouse-up the selection can be moved by pressing and holding it. By clicking outside the selection the selection gets removed.

Why do you want this feature?

Because sometimes you need/want to move things around on a picture.

BTW ... There is always the possibility for a lasso tool selection too.
