Feature request: Notification bubbles

Feature description

I would like to see notification bubbles implemented in Fossify Messages, if they aren't already.

Why do you want this feature?

I accidentally discovered this feature recently when using Molly (fork of Signal), and realised it could help with multi-tasking, as users do not need to switch away from an app they're currently using to text someone back.

I may try to implement this feature myself, if I have time and can figure out the code base (I haven't even looked into how much work would be needed to add this feature to this app).
