How to work with different editors ?

Hi there.

As a neovim user, I'm pleased to see that it is supported by Floobits :tada: 
But other members of my team are using different IDEs, mostly VScode. 
Is there a way to do collaborative coding without forcing them to use vim (via floobits) or me to use VScode (via VScode liveshare plugin) ?
