Uploading sync issue #63
Description
When I invoke :FlooShareDir . in my project directory, it does the uploading with progress bar thing and then I get a bunch of old, deleted files in my local environment. When I close Vim and reset my environment (git clean -df) and do it again, it happens again. I'm not sure why these files are not getting deleted from what I expect is the shared directory up on Floobits's server.
