Add support for (re)configuring JsonGenerator.setRootValueSeparator() via ObjectWriter #654
Description
Currently "root value separator" must be directly assigned to JsonFactory or JsonGenerator.
But it would be nice to be able to set that on per-call basis using ObjectWriter.
