FabricImage should get a time created / frame time value

It would be useful for some downstream nodes to know some 'frame time' this image represents

we might want to have a few time values

• time created (in system or patch time)
• sample time? (optional time value representing the frame time or frame number? if its a movie or camera, or rendered content?)
• ???
