Proposal: Bump react-native-web to 0.21.1 🚀

Background

The react-native-web package is a key library for the App that runs react native in the browser. The version we’re using in the app is 0.20.0

Problem

In the current version of react-native-web I’ve discovered a big memory leak where detached animated DOM nodes were not being garbage collected. For the moment the fix I’ve written is located in one of the patch files.

Solution

Let’s bump react-native-web to 0.21.1. My fix for the leak has just been merged and released in the newest version which will allow us to remove the patch. The diff between 0.20.0 and 0.21.1 is actually pretty small. Excluding tests and package.json it’s only like 21 additions 14 deletions so there is a very small chance of regressions.
