GSPMD sharding propgagtion is deprecated #1472

2025-07-22 18:40:55.978594: W external/xla/xla/service/sharding_propagation.cc:3119] GSPMD sharding propagation is going to be deprecated and not supported in the future. Please consider migrating to Shardy (https://openxla.org/shardy). For reference, Shardy is already the default partitioner in JAX.
^With the latest XLA bump.
We are not really using gspmd. We might want to change the default to :post_sdy_propagation.
