Effect fader from 0 to 200 not working with motorfader #33

using a midi motorfader wing is impossible for effect faders. (using send feedback)
when a fader in eos is configured to go from 0 to 200 like effect rate, the app doesnt remap the values to be used with the midi motor fader wing. it seems to be sending raw rate value instead of fader percentage. maybe a eos issue, but maybe eos also sends the fader range that is used.
when eos fader is at 50% why by default means effect rate 50% in eos, but rate would be 100, the motorfader jumps up to full or 100%.
then pulling the fader back to 50% on the wing, sets the eos fader correctly to 50%, but then effect rate value is sent back, which is 100, and fader jumps back up to 100%
