Support for Multiple Dynatrace Entity IDs

Currently only one Dynatrace Entity ID is supported under dynatrace.com/dynatrace-entity-id: DYNATRACE_ENTITY_ID , can we please take a look to add support for multiple Entity IDs under this annotation. Thank you!
