Conversion Time

I am running this locally on windows 11 and in 7 hours only has progressed to 6.5%. Am I doing something wrong? I have it using gpu I have an Nvidia RTX 4060 TI. Should I be using the CPU instead? I am running 64gb of ram. I also have it on my Synology NAS but errors out.

when you open an issue, the form requests a bunch of information, you must fill them, exactly when you go to the doctor to have a global view of the symptom at least.
