[Feature] Select Chapters, don't just include the books from start to finish

Describe the bug
You can only generate the whole book.

Expected behavior
Choose chapters to include and those to ignore. In general preselect all but the cover, TOC, keyword index, note of thanks, dedication/inscription and bibliography.

this feature requires a huge amount of work, why:

• in 17 years of ebook, there is NO STANDARDS of how to organize a chapter and NO MARK in version 1,2,3 of ebook consortium that a part of text is considered as a chapter.
• manage this feature on more than +1100 languages, even let's say the 20 majors languages is making the task even more difficult.
  so this feature can be developed with a result of around 50% of accuracy, with bounty only. Howver I invite you to answer to the number of issues it will be opened by users complaining that the other 50% creating wrong chapters is cutting the book text.

Just use calibre, if the book files are split in chapters just delete the chapters you don't want and save the ebook under a different name. If it's not worth the effort it's not worth the effort of the developer to make it part of the program either.
