Converting suddenly stops after hour or two

hello!
I'm running the program with doker like this:

... and it working for hour or more it stops without error message or anything else:

W ścianach płonęły wszędzie spokojnie przyćmionym światłem kwadratowe,

Na drugim piętrze korytarz był taki sam jak na dole – przewodnik mój prowadził mnie ku drzwiom, jakie widniały na podeście, i otworzywszy je,

With GUI the same - docker closed with no reason. How could I find the problem?

in another terminal:
top -c

For half of hour using memory in docker container growing from 20% to 27%. Continue waching...

continue until the crash

I don't understand: on moment chash was 18% of book and 41% of memory in toc -c in the container.
It's no result for diagnostic?

Could you see at which sentence it crashes? were the memory growing constantly and crashed because no menory to manage the OS?
