Traefik container is not coming up after "Enable Dashboard"

Basically the same behavior as here #2996, but I don't have anything that is blocking port 8080.

For now, I’ve rolled back my server to the state it was in before I enabled the Dashboard. However, I’d like to know how I can identify the problem and/or restart the Traefik container without having to roll back the server again.
