unable to find library -lxdo

1. Install dioxus with cargo install dioxus-cli
2. Create a project with dx new my-app - take the default options
3. cd into it with cd my-app
4. Run it with dx serve --desktop

I get a linking error. Below is what I think is the most important part but here's the Full Output.

This seems similar to #3364. But it looks like I already have xdotool installed.

I tried setting up dioxus using a fresh (updated) VM - still with Pop_OS 22.04 LTS. I also used cargo binstall dioxus-cli instead of cargo install dioxus-cli since that is the documented way.

Unfortunately, I got an error even earlier on when I ran dx new my-app. I already have libc6 installed. What package am I missing?
