Popover with additional information to the hovered item

Dependencies:

• front-end: title-card (Series/Movie Title Card #9), content list (List of Movies/Series #11)

• back-end: Endpoint for movies and series (/series/:id/:name & /movies/:id/:name) (Data Models #6)

A popover that loads on hover and becomes visible after X seconds of hover. The popover displays all data that is provided by the endpoint of the back-end. More information should be provided in the issue of the back-end endpoints. Some information that should be included (at some point) - Name, files/available (X episode files of Y available episodes), imdb rating, own rating, description, profile status, categories/labels.
