Add the ability to setup Optiscaler for games #557

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be great to have a way to automate the installation of OptiScaler for various games. Especially for AMD users this would allow them to use FSR with DLSS only titles. It is possible to do it manually, but it is a fairly tedious procedure.

It would be great to have a UI that provides the possibility to add OptiScaler on a per game basic.

P.S.
It would be also great to integrate lsfg-vk to integrate lossless scaling's Frame generation. Should a different issue be opened or should I modify this to track them both here since the two integrations are conceptually similar?
