Can't choose previous version of proton GE when selecting Load More at the bottom, as it doesn't load more

Describe the bug
You can't seem to choose any version of proton GE past 'GE Proton 8-19' on version 2.13.0, which you used to be able to on the previous version of ProtonUp-QT.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "add version
2. Select GE-Proton under compatibility tool
3. Click on the Version dropdown
4. Scroll down to the bottom where it says "load more" and select that option
5. Click version dropdown again and scroll to the bottom
6. Notice how it doesn't go any further down than before.

Expected behavior
It should show more older versions

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Platform: PC, Fedora KDE and steamdeck, SteamOS/
• System: Current latests
• Version: For example ProtonUp-Qt 2.13.0
• How did you install ProtonUp-Qt?: Discover app store.

Additional context
Trying to be able to select Proton GE 7-42 as it's the last version remaining that doesn't have a memory leak for FFXI using Ashita. (in this case HorizonXI private server!)

I choose load more and become repetitive to the same versions previously loaded

Can reproduce. Checking out the commit that originally introduced this feature (8c5ceee) I can see the feature works as intended there. Something broke along the way then. Will attempt to bisect.

Seems like it stopped working with a5f3257. The commit prior, 60d52d9, appears to be working for me. I am not sure why a5f3257 broke this functionality, however. This would suggest tools using util#fetch_project_releases in their fetch_releases method don't support the "Load More" functionality?

EDIT: It could be because we're not passing page to fetch_project_releases? This method does support giving a page. I will investigate.

Yup, adding the page parameter to fetch_project_releases fixes it. Will open a PR shortly.

You can use an older version of ProtonUp-Qt, or wait for the next release which should include #556.
