Disable scroll when mouse-dragging near window edges (preventDefault?)

See issue #9 . 

In this demo: https://www.datagridxl.com/demos/sorting-columns. Drag-select a cell selection downwards. When reaching window end, window starts scrolling. disable if drag action originated from grid.
