Top spacing and bottom spacing in PDFView

Hi,

Is there any way to add top and bottom spacing in PDFView? I've tried to spacing(int), but it only add spacing between pages. And i tried to and padding in PDFView as well, but nothing happened.
UI need top and bottom spacing that scroll along with pdfs, adding margin does not satisfy this need.
