[C-1435] Refactor permission checker approach in the frontend

At the moment the approach to check permissions in the frontend is too verbose.

We should check if the current permissions are still up to date and try to simplify the validation methods. → One improvement would be to stop passing currentTenant and currentUser each time we want to check a permission. Those values should already be available from the method itself
