[C-1524] Filter members/organizations by activities in a given time period

A user mentioned that he would like to filters members/organizations by the # of activities they conducted in a custom time period, e.g. “show all organizations that did more than 10 activities in the last 90 days”. This would also be a key condition to sync members/organizations to CRM.

→ We should consider this for both filter and HubSpot release.
